- Justification
- Employment status (New Hire, Rehire, Current Employee)
- Full legal name
- Email address
- Background check type
- Preferred start date
- Hourly rate or salary
- ChartField string for regular earnings
- Relocation compensation details
- Department name
- Department ID
- Hiring manager & direct supervisor
- Citizenship status
