Alcohol and Drug Advisory Committee (ADAC)

The Alcohol and Drug Advisory Council is committed to student well-being, harm reduction, a developmental approach and collaboration to assess and address current issues of students’ alcohol and other drug use in the Duluth and UMD communities. This group was formerly called the Chemical Health Advisory Committee (CHAC).

Student Life Staff Engagement Team (SLSET)

The Division of Student Life at the University of Minnesota Duluth seeks to have a welcoming and inclusive environment. The Student Life vision statement states: “We will create a respectful, inclusive, and vibrant living and learning environment where relationships with students, campus and community are valued.” The role of the Student Life Staff Engagement Team (SLSET) is to support that welcoming and inclusive environment by increasing and sustaining a culture of community, vibrancy, and celebration.  This group was formerly called the Student Life Professional Events Committee (SLPEC).
